Inspiration to achieve the life you want!

I loved this book! What an incredible encouragement.

One complaint: I wish I read this a LOT earlier. Now that I'm in the "middle age" season of life, I'm looking back wishing that I had listened to what I now know.

HOWEVER... I know that the Mike of the future will say the say of me right now... so I'm pausing to think through what I don't know now.

Pick it up!

I love this book!

This engaging book is filled with very useful ideas and specific habits to practice. These should add to the quality and purpose of one's life. I imagine that every reader would find a number of specific thoughts that would speak to his own situation. The author keeps the tone light, humorous and most insightful. The material seems to be based on the author's own experiences, his caring to help others and knowledge gleaned from many scientific writings. He seems to practice his advice and it works! I would highly recommend this book!

Help Yourself to a Better Life

This book provides a clear and concise roadmap to change the direction of your life for the better. I found myself relating to many areas of this book on a personal level. No matter where you are in life, there is something for everyone here that will enhance your vision. The book is an easy read but there is a lot to digest. Be prepared to take notes and do the necessary work to effect the change you want.
